Starter ($39/mo) includes smart automation but requires you to bring your own API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). Pro ($79/mo) includes Bancroft-managed AI — no API key needed, no usage tracking, just works out of the box. Pro also includes unlimited tickets, custom branding, and priority support.
On the Starter plan, you connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key. You pay those providers directly at their rates — typically a few dollars per month for most teams. This gives you full control over AI costs and model selection.
