Invite your teammates
Updated
Every plan includes unlimited teammates, so everyone who answers customers can have their own login. Each person gets their own Mine view and can take tickets without stepping on anyone else.
Send an invite
Only admins can invite people.
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Under Invite a teammate, enter their email address.
- Choose a role, then select Send invite.
They get an email with a link to join. The link works for 7 days. Someone who already uses Bancroft joins with their existing password; anyone else picks a name and password when they accept.

You can change someone's role later from the menu next to their name.
Resend or revoke an invite
Pending invites are listed on the Team page with the date their link stops working. Send a new invite if theirs expired or got lost. Only the newest link works. Revoke an invite to stop its link working right away.
Remove someone
Open the menu next to their name and choose Remove from team. They're signed out right away. Tickets assigned to them stay assigned, so hand off anything still open first.
A workspace always needs at least one admin, and you can't remove yourself.
