In the Mac app
The Mac app uses the same keys, plus a few of its own. Type a ticket number to jump to it, press Space to preview an attachment, use ⌘1 to ⌘9 to switch workspace and ⌥⌘1 to ⌥⌘5 to switch view. Help → Keyboard Shortcuts lists them all.
